Thiết bị theo dõi bụi từ xa ES-642 của Met One Instruments là một cảm biến chất lượng không khí công nghiệp được thiết kế để cung cấp các phép đo nồng độ hạt theo thời gian thực ở cả môi trường trong nhà và ngoài trời.

ES-642 đo nồng độ hạt bằng cách sử dụng nephelometer laser tán xạ phía trước có độ nhạy cao, có phạm vi đo từ 0 đến 100 mg / mét khối (0 đến 100.000 μg / mét khối). ES-642 cung cấp khả năng giám sát hạt TSP. Các lốc xoáy cắt sắc nét tùy chọn có sẵn cho PM ₁ , PM _2.5 hoặc PM ₁₀ .
